Angie & Casey had strategically planned their wedding day so they would have bountiful amounts of snow on the ground because they love everything about winter and are avid snowmobiles. Leading up to their wedding day we didn’t have much snow and it had been very sparse before Christmas, so I knew that Angie & Casey were patiently waiting for the snow to arrive. Thankfully it did but with that came a very blustery Wisconsin winter wedding day for them, too.
Angie & Casey and their bridal party were such troopers about the 0 degree day (oh… somewhere around -17 degrees with windchill factored in) by hopping on and off of their limo bus between shots and keeping cozy in their snowmobile coats. We photographed these photos in an area that has some meaning to them, too and was just outside of Menomonie, WI where they got married.
Although I was only with them for a couple hours time, we had the most fun traipsing through the woods to find an old bridge, logs to sit on (even in their wedding attire… they went full out) and twirling with the breeze. Congratulations Angie & Casey – I had so much fun creating these with you!
