Over the past year, I have met with Kirstie & Erik four times, and so it was truly no surprise at how wonderful their joyful Eau Claire Wedding at The Florian Gardens would be.
Kirstie & Erik met while they were both going to school at UW-Eau Claire. Erik was the upstairs neighbor to Kirstie’s best friend and happened to tag along one night when they went out for drinks. After that night it was a bit before they saw each other again, but that didn’t stop Erik from asking for Kirstie’s number when they saw each other out awhile later. Two short months later Erik moved to Texas for grad school where he stayed for 2.5 years. These two spent a lot of time on FaceTime dates and of course traveling to see each other in various locations (their favorite thing to do).
Three and half years after they started dating, Erik gathered their families in Eau Claire so they could walk through the lights at Irvine Park in Chippewa Falls. It was there under the gazebo that Erik asked Kirstie to spend the rest of her life with him. Of course, you know what she said because I am about to share their beautiful wedding photos with you!
